The system works by creating an in home economic system for kids. What I mean by that is, human behavior is largely shaped by economics. For instance, how many of would go to work every day at our current jobs if we didn’t have economic obligations to meet. Ultimately it is about providing ourselves the basic necessities… food, water, shelter, etc. Meeting these needs is what drives our behavior. Based on this principle, Children earn cards for good choices (behavior) and then have the ability to spend those cards on the extras that they enjoy. Essentially, Moola Monsters becomes their currency. It does not take long for the kids to get the concept. Most children respond within the first day of the program.In our Web of Success program the parents and kids go through a 12 week program where the system gently progresses at their speed to teach them how to use Moola Monsters. By the end of the program, children are saving, investing, tithing, and using the program as a regular part of their lives. What is most amazing is the instant behavioral changes that occur.
